I am an artist and curator based in Munich. I graduated from the University of Munich with a PhD in Art History as well as a Master’s degree in Art Education and Italian Philology. During my studies I did research in Berkeley, California, and in Rome. These stays abroad were always a source of inspiration for my drawings. Besides my curatorial work for Die Neue Sammlung – The Design Museum in Munich, I focus on my art and illustration projects.
What I enjoy most is taking my sketchbook wherever I go, especially when travelling. I mostly use pens, watercolor, ink and pastels. Based on my travel drawings, I create silkscreen prints in larger formats.
